Initiate Request
Log into your DJI account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the specific items you wish to return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Package
Securely pack the product in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and gimbal protectors, to ensure the item is protected during transit.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location for delivery to our diagnostic facility.
Inspection and Refund
Our technicians will perform a functional assessment of the hardware; once cleared, your refund or replacement will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
